One way to flush out toxins is juicing. Now I don't mean from drinking juices that you buy in the store because these are processed and sometimes have additives (toxins) and they are also stripped of their enzymes as well as some of the nutrients. When I talk about juicing, I mean juicing your own fresh fruits and vegetables.

Benefits of juicing

Juicing is great for your body because it extracts all the enzymes, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients from the fiber of the fruit or vegetable. Then when you drink the juice, your body doesn't have to do any of the work of extracting these nutrients and they can literally be absorbed straight into the body.

Carrot Apple Juice

3 apples, 3 carrots

Juice them together and enjoy!

Pineapple Celery Juice

This juice mixes the great flavors of sweet and salty for an exotic taste.

½ pineapple, 3 stalks of celery - leaves included.

Ginger Booster

4 carrots, 2 teaspoons (10ml) chopped fresh ginger, 2 oranges, peeled

Juice all ingredients and drink immediately.
